Key Settlements, Inc. was established to serve real estate title agents and attorneys in the State of New Jersey with closing services. With over 35 years combined team experience, we strive to hold ourselves to the highest standards through the continuous changes in the real estate market. Key is Owned and Operated by licensed title producers.
The Key Settlements, Inc. founders had 9 years experience working as a team prior to opening Key in 2015. With the combined experience of running a high volume title agency and developing and managing a self-performing closing department, the founders' expertise provided the perfect components for creating a well oiled machine.
In 2015, when the CFPB educated the real estate market on the regulation requirements, it brought upon a shift in the industry which created a much needed service - the independent licensed settlement company. Settlement services are now held to the highest liability and with that comes stringent compliance.
Key Settlements, Inc. brings ease to the stresses of real estate closings. Our cutting-edge technology allows for higher efficiency and proactive operations. Key is set up for automatic three-way reconciliation through Rynoh Live, positive pay, and E-recording.
